The theme to Ruoho Ruotsi's sophomore release, Ballet Ballet - La Sweet, is harmonised around a vocal line from a forgotten conversation, a lucid dream, a psychogenic fugue ... InBeat Music (Montréal) described the opening track as featuring "panned flanges, glistening arpeggios and finely honed synthethic percussion with hats that tick away at the head of a tightly swung groove".
The three remixes that follow showcase a variety of takes on that theme, from Montréal based Deadbeat's penetrating rootsy dub to New York City's Conrado Martinez's straight up Midnight Whistle Mix.
